1. Describe Path-goal theory and discuss leader's behaviour, sub-ordinate characteristics and task characteristics, illustrate how the theory works with models and an industrial leader.
The report should contain a detailed study on the topic- which should include introduction, explanation of conceptual frame work & models related to the topic, strength, weakness of the theories, findings and suggestions from real leader's point of view.
