• Describe one of the primary barriers to entry that limits access to the global eCommerce marketplace.
o Determine whether this barrier is primarily a company or country issue, then provide a solution that will address this barrier.

o Suggest two additional challenges a global marketing team may experience when creating international advertising campaigns, coordinating media buys, hiring advertising agencies, and/or developing promotional budgets.
• When developing a global marketing plan, a primary consideration is whether to use centralized or decentralized control for decision-making authority.
