A Canadian Shoe company is planning to expand and sell Shoes in Germany and Sweden. The manufacturing will take place in Vietnam and the warehouse is in Amsterdam. The management team will consist of its Vice President (VP) located in Amsterdam, as well as the directors and managers who report to him/her. The directors and managers within each department are embedded in Amsterdam, France, and Germany. The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist will have a leadership function within Vietnam. The directors of each department oversee the overall operation and direction of the department and focus on longer-term planning and coordination. The company has a Marketing center, Customer Service/Sales center, operations/maintenance center, Manufacturing center, R& D. center, Finance and Accounting center, and Human resource center. It has Human Resource Team, Quality Assurance Team, Legal Team, Research and Development Team, Marketing Team, Information Technology Team, Non-Unionization.

Describe managers and their roles, their direct reports' responsibility, key employee positions, and how each will be compensated.
