Describe how you will, or have prepared yourself and/or you family to be 'proactive' making sure you have a medical plan in place if you or a family member becomes sick or injured. Examples could be having a primary care physician, having set-up coverage though an insurance company, Medical or Covered California. Advice you would give any one wo has nothing in place if they or a family member becomes ill or injured.
