Describe how you intend to ensure the organization's vision, mission, people strategies and value statements are aligned with the proposed strategic plan.
Describe how you intend to ensure the strategic plan and implementation plan are compliant with the Code of Ethics or Ethics Policy.
Describe the sources you expect to use to perform an external environmental analysis
Describe the sources you expect to use to perform an internal environmental analysis including developing a SWOTt.
Describe how you intend to include the strategic strategy or strategies in your plan.
Describe how you intend to develop the strategic implementation plan, control plan, and risk or contingency plan.
