Demonstrating counseling skills is necessary when progressing through a counseling program to determine your developmental level and appropriateness for the field. This homework will allow you to demonstrate your ability to combine all of the basic counseling skills you have learned throughout the course in preparation for your residency evaluation

Write 350 to 700 words reflection on your experience conducting this initial interview.
Include the following:
o Describe your experience conducting this initial interview role-play as the counselor.
o Describe how you implemented your self-assessment from video role-play, including an explanation of what you believe you did well.
o Explain which specific areas from your self-assessment needed improvement and how you made improvements on those areas in this video. Include specific examples of this from your video.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
