Prepare a 350- to 700-word paper describing the types of data collected by hospitals, payers, governments, and practices. Within your description, include the intentions for collecting the data. Your paper should:
• Focus on clinical, administrative, and reporting data from each of the different facilities listed above.
• Describe how the various data types are used by the facilities.
• Include an overview of the different sources of data from the identified facilities.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
