With a research question: How has technology and leadership changed in recent years, and how has it contributed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Make a hypothetical analysis of the instruments that could be used to to collect data. What is develop and use will depend on the design of the mixed methods study. Describe potential the elements including:

A. Interview protocol, if applicable, and how it was or will be developed, including what research question(s) it will address, and how to ensure reliability and validity.

B. Potential survey or assessment instruments with appropriate citations giving credit to the originators. Describe any adaptations to the instrument you might need to develop.

a. Provide data that justify the reliability, and validity of the instrument (it is important to report actual coefficients and from multiple studies).

b. Identify the variables the instrument measures (operationalization).

c. Explain where the data will be obtained to assess each variable in the study.

d. Describe how scores are calculated, and what the scores mean.

It is encouraged to post portions of some data collection tools, including the procedures describing how they will be used.
