S.W.O.T. analysis of your company
(a) Short description of what your selected company/division/department/store (a company you have worked for) does.
(b) Prepare a thorough company SWOT analysis with brief explanations (identify a minimum of 10 strengths/weaknesses, and 10 opportunities/threats) and don't forget to include the current financial situation (be specific) in the strengths/weaknesses.
(c) Identify the tangible, intangible, and organizational capabilities of your company. Describe how organizational capabilities are achieved through specific processes or activities.
(d) Identify the business level or corporate level strategy the company is using.
(e) Include a discussion of what can be improved and the specific actions that you recommend be taken. Identify strengths to capitalize on, weaknesses to overcome, and opportunities to take advantage of OR threats to be addressed in the discussion.
Minimum of four pages.
