Consumer purchases are influenced by many factors. Think of a recent Quick Service Restaurant meal/snack/beverage you purchased. (Quick Service Restaurants are McDonalds, Tim Hortons, Subway, Burger King, Wendy's etc).
• List the five stages of the consumer purchase decision process, in order.
• Identify one situational influence on your purchase and describe HOW it changed your purchase or behavior.
• Identify a second influencer in your purchase from a different category of purchase influences.
• Identify the influence and its related category.
• Describe how the influence modified your purchase or behavior.
