Team development Discussion
Identify a Chair and Reporter for each session. Those roles should rotate each week so that each member experiences both roles. Your group discussion should address the following question:
1. Do the role preferences of this work group in this course complement each other or are there roles which are missing?
Post a brief (100 words) description of the team dynamic issues that occur in groups in change scenarios such as the Leadership Project.
In the group discuss how these scenarios unfold, the theoretical reasons for them and interventions the team leader can use to resolve them.
