a) Identify the three types of enzyme inhibition discussed in the Chapter 6 notes. Be sure to explain how they inhibit enzyme activity. Note: inhibition is not the same as factors of activity such as pH and temperature.
b) Describe how enzymes work. Be sure to use the terms: substrate, active site, induced fit, and activation energy in your description.
c) Is there a difference in which organisms can perform lactic acid fermentation or alcoholic fermentation? Explain.
