Has Hobbes accurately characterized what life would be like in the "state of nature"? In your paper, (i) introduce the topic, and then present a thesis that states whether/why you think Hobbes has provided a convincing description of the state of nature; (ii) describe Hobbes' characterization of the state of nature and briefly explain how his outlook on human nature leads him to this view; and (iii) provide reasoning and evidence in support of your position.
