Every time you talk with the client, they are very irritable and in a different mood. They explain that they have been fired from their fourth job in the past year. The care coordination team wants this client to finish their Hepatitis C treatment because they test positive for HCV. In addition, the care coordination team suspects drug usage. The client is extremely worried about what they will do for rent.
