You will find GoPro's most recent 10-k report in Sakai in the Case Assignments folder.
Your task is to
1) Identify and describe GoPro's business strategy using the strategy template. Follow the order/structure of the template and use the terms explicitly.
2) With a simple review, assess GoPro's overall performance. Now, stretch....think beyond this and describe how GoPro's strategy might relate to their performance.
3) What is your assessment of the quality of GoPro's strategic management (i.e. strategic leadership)...and why? What evidence?
4) Feel free to add any other observations or insights? (Don't go too far in diagnosing in detail yet! It's okay to argue hypotheses but you have not done enough work to argue recommendations)
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
