Consider your business venture. Analyze two different business structures for YOUR venture:
A. Briefly describe your business venture. Include the following in your narrative:
a. Name of your venture
b. Nature of the business
c. The objectives of the venture
d. Location (state)
B. Briefly describe each of the two business structures you selected and explain why you might select each of these for your business. (You will need to research and identify the state law you are using.)
C. Describe the advantages and disadvantages of each structure for your business venture.
D. Which business structure have you decided that is best for your venture? Explain your business structure decision.
The response should include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
