ASSIGNMENT:-
Choose a service organization familiar to you (because you are or used to be either their employee or a frequent customer) and graphically illustrate their current activities employing the tool called Service Blueprinting. Then, describe their:
a) Current Service-delivery System Design,

b) Current Service-encounter Design,

c) Current situation of practices destined to improve efficiency behind the Line of Visibility.

Further, discuss at least three (3) service design and/or service process "imperfections" that you have identified in any of the areas of your service blueprint. Make detailed suggestions for improvement. Be specific and imaginative. Please read carefully the description of Service Blueprinting and make sure your analysis and recommendations cover the issues that you identified at your chosen service provider in a comprehensive manner (for example, the diagram/flow chart illustrating the journey of the customer or of something belonging to the customer, is just the beginning of this Service Blueprinting assignment).

The "discussion" required and any other comments may not exceed a maximum number of three (3) pages. For absolute clarity: these maximum three pages are allowed in addition to the page(s) containing the Service Blueprint and any page(s) containing diagrams or graphical representations directly related to the Service Blueprint.
