Describe critique of zero-tolerance policing

Problem:

The article zero tolerance, written by Greene (1999) is a critique of zero-tolerance policing as practiced by the NYPD. As discussed in this week's lectures, although the NYPD was lauded for achieving significant reductions in crime beginning in the 1990s, some of this acclaim may be overstated. I would like you to explain to the class why this is. As part of your response, be sure to compare the crime reductions achieved by the NYPD and the San Diego PD as discussed by Greene (1999). You should spend some time explaining the differences between the two agencies in terms of the outputs reported in tables one and two. Overall, your post should be about six significant paragraphs
