Project Milestone Homework: Annotated Bibliography
Instructions
First, return to your topic chosen in the week three homework.
i. Answer this question: What are the personal and/or communal ethical factors that may be involved in determining the moral position of either side in that debate?
ii. Next, articulate and then evaluate the ethical positions using Kantian ethics (that is, the categorical imperative) relative to the long standing debate (that is your topic chosen in the week three homework).
iii. Finally, create a complete annotated bibliography for 5 academic scholarly sources. You will annotate each source. The sources should be relevant to your topic chosen in the week three homework.
Include the following:
i. Publication details
ii. Annotation (a detailed reading of the source)
Each annotation section should include the following:
i. Summarize key points and identify key terms (using quotation marks, and citing a page in parentheses).
ii. Describe the controversies or "problems" raised by the articles.
iii. State whether you agree or disagree and give reasons.
iv. Locate one or two quotations to be used in the final research project.
v. Evaluate the ways in which this article is important and has helped you focus your understanding.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
