Assignment task: Guided by the nine components of the Business Model Canvas, you will work to develop a circular mindset whilst developing a new business or project ideas.

Write executive summary of 200-300 words

  • Value Propositions: What's compelling about the proposition? Why would customers buy, use? What problem are we helping to solve? What features of our product match the customer's problems/needs?
  • Customer Segments: Who will be your customers? What do they think? See? Feel? Do? What are their archetypes?
  • Channels: How are these propositions promoted, sold and delivered? Why? Is it working?
  • Customer Relationships: How will you interact with the customer through their 'journey'? How will we get, keep and grow them?
  • Key Activities: What uniquely strategic things/routines/activities does the business do to deliver on its proposition?
  • Key Resources: What unique strategic assets (including people) and core competencies must the business have to compete?
  • Key Partners: What can the company not do so it can focus on its Key Activities? Who are your suppliers? Distributors? What are you getting from them? Giving them?
  • Revenue Streams: How does the business earn revenue from the value propositions? What is the revenue model and pricing tactic?
  • Cost Structure: What is the business' major cost drivers? Fixed? Variable? How are they linked to revenue? the concept should be to save environment
