Problem:

CT OF THE CHEST Indication: Chest/pulmonary nodule Axial scans were obtained at 10-mm intervals. 2-mm scans were obtained through the 6-mm nodule in the right lower lobe. Subsequently, the patient was administered IV contrast and additional axial scans obtained. The nodule appears as an ovoid lobule in the right lower lobe. The finding is most likely representation of a small granuloma. No additional abnormality is noted. Should have repeat CT at 1-year intervals to follow.
