Problem
While a number of employees are heavily motivated by pay, there are other factors that employees consider when assessing job satisfaction levels. For example, effective human resource managers understand that employees value pay and benefits, but also respectful treatment in the workplace. Paul Spector is an industrial and organizational psychologist who developed a job satisfaction survey consisting of nine domains of employee satisfaction - pay, promotion, supervision, fringe benefits, contingent rewards, operating procedures, coworkers, nature of work, and communication.
Describe at least three domains identified in Spector's job satisfaction survey in which a human resources manager has influence. Justify your response.
