1- Discuss in general how a response to an infectious agent is determined.
2- Choose any virus or intracellular bacteria (best choice, Mycobacterium tuberculosis).
3- Describe an "in vitro method" to determine either a qualitative or quantitative response in an individual
4- Mention briefly in your discussion a possible "in vivo" method which can determine if a cellular immune response has occurred.
