This training includes weight lifting and conditioning workouts (high intensity exercises) for 90 minutes three mornings per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) at 6:45 a.m. They also have a 2-hour team practice filled with intermittent high intensity activity. The team practices are six days per week (all but Saturday) at 3:00 in the afternoon. The team needs help because they consistently get fatigued to the point of not having a productive practice about 45 minutes into their team practice.
