Identify two ways an organization's compensation plan may be linked to key objectives, and explain how they could benefit the organization
2. Incentive Plans
Describe an incentive plan your organization uses to increase its level of customer service. Discuss your opinion of the plan, identifying pros, cons, and improvements you would make. If you do not like the plan and would redesign it, explain what your plan would look like
