Assignment: Training & Development Project
This project requires the development of a training program for an organization, involving the identification of a training need, the specification of the KSAOs (knowledge, skills, abilities and other personal characteristics) to be learned, the level of proficiency to be achieved, training contents/topics, training methods and methods of evaluation to be used. You are encouraged to develop a training program for a volunteer position for the organization for your employer, a school, hospital, Salvation Army, United Way, etc. Consider selecting a training need that is of interest to you and perhaps your employer. This training project is to allow you to gain experience developing a short training program OR you could also describe an existing training program, critique it and describe in detail how you would improve it. An example of a Training Program Plan is available under "Files" on Canvas for your consultation.
Format your assignment according to the give formatting requirements:
1. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
