1. Describe an emerging health challenge and discuss the significance of that challenge.
2. Describe the social, biological, economic and other relevant determinants that construct the challenge, and their impact on the challenge.
3. Articulate the way the determinants interact to construct the challenge, and explain the significance of such interaction.
4. Outline how the determinants can be used to address the challenge.
5. The case study will show evidence of planning and revision through a clear structure and presentation. It will be well-written with a strong argument.
