SUPERHERO KSAO’s
There is information regarding KSAO’s. There is a description of what is meant by “knowledge”, “skills”, “abilities” and “other characteristics”. Please review the course info on KSAO's together with the additional O Net files that are included with the assignment.
This is a short, assignment that will help you think about KSAO’s from a broad perspective.
Here's your mission:
1. Pick a SUPERHERO and describe this superhero. (It might be helpful to pretend you are describing this superhero to a grade schooler.)
2. State what you believe the mandatory KSAO's are for this superhero position (for success in this particular position). Describe the KSAO and discuss why it relates to your particular superhero
Identify each item that you list as K, S, A, or O and include no less than 3-K, 3-S, 3-A, and 1-O.
You must Be Creative and think about what makes an ordinary person able to successfully fill the job of your Superhero.
