Project management is often neglected. It is challenging and requires commitment to follow through completely. The goals include the minimization of time required and minimization of cost accumulated. It requires a complete understand of the entire project.
Describe a project in your company or in the public sector (this includes road construction, building construction, etc.) and identify assects of the project that seemed to go well and aspects of the projects that reflected issue.
