I've worked with the Albania culture quite often since being a Case Manager at their facility as the Albania population is high in this area, I would say their culture is bug on family and respect. I often see same family but different members, at each appointment no matter which family member the appointment is for the entire family comes to all appointments and try to help one another out,
They are also big on respect and letting the man lead, often times when there is a Albania woman and man the woman steps back and let them man speaks, she lets the man answers all the questions and sits quietly until she is spoken to. Their culture has a big value on allowing the men to speak and only spoken to when asked questions.
