Problem: My plan to demonstrate my professionalism is to be dressed in a uniform according to the policy and procedure and have my hair up in a pony tail so not to get my hair in my patient's way of what I'm doing. Also I will be a team player and have compassion and empathy for my patients and give them the best care possible. I will explain to them any procedure or medications they need to know about and ask if that's what they want or don't want. And see if they have any questions for me or the physician. I will speak softly and clearly to all staff and help with whatever needs to be done when asked or just help where needed. I have work at Shands Bone and Joint and I really enjoyed my patients and the staff I worked with to me it's very satisfying knowing I can help someone when they need it
