Task 1: Create a research question to help you investigate one aspect of business communication
• Use a minimum of 3 sources, from the following: books, textbooks, newspapers, journals, e books, websites, DVD material.
• Demonstrate how you employed various reading techniques such as skimming, scanning, reviewing and summarising when using these sources.
• Create a mind-map for each of the three sources used, and stick to the focus of the question you posed.
The documents should have a title, start in the centre with the heading ‘workplace communication barriers', show linked ideas and give correct references and citations for each source used at the bottom of each page.
