Problem:
The fourth ASPS program learning outcome is interdisciplinary leadership skills. Within the ASPS program, students are expected to demonstrate ethical interdisciplinary leadership skills in diverse professional settings. This can mean that you: Can analyze a personal or professional conflict through the multiple perspectives in how it affects various stakeholders. Have the ability to solve problems in the workplace or make personal professional decisions with the best interest of the various stakeholders in mind eg internal and external stakeholders, colleagues, supervisors, supervisees, government and regulatory agencies, etc. Logically and rationally make sound and responsible decisions by gauging the short and long-term benefits and drawbacks of this decision in mind. Develop a Learning Narrative, with at least one piece of evidence, in which you demonstrate how your past personal, professional, and academic learning experiences match this learning outcome of the ASPS program. Your narrative should be in the form of a wellorganized essay of at least five paragraphs. You should have a general introduction paragraph, a conclusion paragraph that summarizes the main ideas of your narrative, and supporting paragraphs that discuss: a Past learning you acquired and how the learning was achieved b How it was applied in your personal, professional, and academic
