Put yourself in the role of the senior HRM Executive of a global business. Write a 3,000 word education and training document to teach/develop all senior and mid-level executives/managers in your company about change management in a global business. The document should be of high enough quality to be adopted by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) in their training offerings. Use a template to help with formatting.
