Continuing in your role as a new employee within a public sector agency, explain the concept of leadership from the perspective of leading people and leading changes. a. Define the theory and explain its purpose in public management.
b. Critique the effectiveness of the theory in daily operations.
c. Determine potential challenges associated with this theory and provide examples to support your findings.
