Define the term - Media are a potentially privileged
Media are a potentially privileged means of communication in three ways: They help to coordinate and link policy relevant activity across a variety of institutional venues; they assist disjointed actors in keeping track of each other; and they monitor national or international trends in public opinion. However, media-rarely do media focus for very long on a particular policy issue therefore; keeping them focused on the essential aspects of a policy is one of the essential tasks of the advocacy programme.
