2.Define strategic protection. Why is it important? What can an HCO do to protect its funds? Its plant and equipment? Its associates? Its reputation?
3.ExplainHow do the needs of healthcare teams differ? Think about a primary care office or clinic, a surgery and surgical recovery unit, a rehabilitation unit, and a hospice. Will they all need a support team? How would a given kind of support team (e.g., a pharmacy team or a human resources management team) differ if it were serving only one of these or all of these entities?
