You are defining and organizing your project. This is the first step in analyzing your concept by gathering information needed for all the project documents that are created during the Project Management process. Often an organization will require months to complete this work. For this course project, you will be creating sample documents that give you an idea or example of the type of information needed to create similar types of project deliverables.
