Problem:
The Bill of Rights limits the powers of government to impinge upon peoples' fundamental civil liberties and rights, but it does not limit the powers of employers to do so. What civil liberties and rights do you give up when you take a job? For example, some employers might require employees to take a drug test. What other civil liberties and rights might employers want you to give up? What civil liberties and rights do you think you should have as an employee? Do you think there should be an "employee bill of rights" to extend federal protections to people at work?
