Case Study: Building the Counseling Relationship
a) Discussion question about two paragraphs, read the attached transcript and answer the following questions below.
b) Define either cultural humility or affirmative counseling.
c) Share which case study you chose. Describe at least two concepts/skills specific to cultural humility and/or affirmative counseling from the Learning Resources and the case study.
d) Share how you see yourself using these skills in your counseling, based on the environment you plan to work in (i.e., community mental health, school, private practice, etc.).
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
