Define and develop an innovative entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial (intraorganizational) business opportunity in the field of e-commerce.
The proposal should include the description of the business, as well as the organizational, marketing, and technological aspects of the targeted opportunity. Business model (or business case for intrepreneurship) should be specified in detail. Competitive analysis should be performed and markets should be defined as closely as possible. The currently existing e-firms addressing similar market opportunities should be evaluated in a competitive way. You need to closely specify how you will reached the intended customers. Approximate cost-benefit analysis should be carried out, under specified assumptions. You certainly may use what you have learned in carrying out Project 1 and direct your proposal at the same business segment.
You may also choose to adapt your learning from Project 1 to a different segment.
The proposals will be graded on the originality, depth and breadth of analysis, realism, and the description of the underlying technologies. Do not be grandiose! A complete business plan is not required. However, a sample of an Internet business plan is enclosed herewith.
