Assignment: Utilizing a topic CHANGE ORDER'S IN CONSTRUCTION, I found three legal cases that are centered around the topic and provided links for 3 cases below. In your review of the cases, you should include the name of the case, the year of the case, the highest court it was heard, the basic dilemma/dispute, the outcome, and the legal reason for the outcome. Once you have found the three cases, and described the case in detail, you should analyze whether or not a similar decision was made by all three courts, in all three cases. If so, describe why, if not, describe the differences. Please find the attachment to find the three case studies.
