- Analyze the methods organizations can use to capture data, communicate with the market, and measure results.
- Recommend how the database-marketing program of the organization can be converted into a more successful marketing program (for instance, a direct mail program or how to leverage social media to communicate a new or existing program).
- Recommend strategies the organization might use to better integrate data mining techniques to meet their marketing objectives.
- Recommend ways to measure the effectiveness of data mining techniques through the use of tools.
