Consider any job you've had. Based on the information in the textbook, human resource management reflects on your experience and assess the quality of the company's performance management system. If you haven't had a job, interview someone you know how has and answer the questions based on the interview. Consider: Did you receive a job description? Were the performance expectations made clear? Did they align with the company's goals and objectives? Were you provided regular feedback from your manager, formally or informally?
In at least two paragraphs critique the effectiveness the selected performance management system based on the questions above and the information from the textbook.
