Credit Card Incentive Plans
Prepare a 700 word solution which examines how a credit card organization's incentive plans relate to organizational objectives for a call center and/or customer service department.
Evaluate how the incentives plans do, or do not, help the organization to achieve its goals and objectives. Use at least two references from the reading assignment, Internet articles, Electronic Reserve Reading (ERR) articles and/or HR journal articles to support your solution
