When you are dismissed from college answer these topics:
1) Barriers, obstacles, or problems that caused you to lack academic success throughout the program?
2) What solutions and resolutions have you made to break down the barriers, obstacles, or problems that had caused your poor academic performance?
3) Pending your approval for being allowed to re-enter the University, what plans and strategies do you have for making Satisfactory Academic Progress?
