There is industry named New Horizons they create jobs for all the disabled people. They manufacturing small inputs like Medical Bracelets, Bolts etc. As the people who are working there are physically challenged they do not run the industry for the profit basis, it is more over a charity kind of business.
Medical Bracelets are made by assembling the parts given to them which are preserved in bulk and are supplied to hospitals.
For these we need to create new and creative ideas using Lean Manufacturing tools like the KAIZEN, ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS and STANDARDIZED WORK.
