Part One:
Choose a project that you would like to do. It can be either personal or work related. How would you go about creating a schedule for this project? Explain your process.
Part Two:
Develop a budget number around our project schedule, be sure to include your constraints and the alternatives you can use to overcome these constraints. In other words, estimate the amount you wil need and include in this amount any additional costs that may be incurred due to the constraints.
