I believe this would be the best way to approach completing it.I would prefer the job descriptions of actual positions in the hr department. However, if you want to take one position (HR Representative) and discuss 4 responsibilities of this 1 position instead of 4 separate positions, you may do so. Writing the job descriptions for 3 of the 4 would be the same.
