A rogue department not aligned to the VMV of ATTRAM(NYSE: ATTM) Bank, has created a compliance issue - one which can threaten the bank's reputation, and expansion, or even hold serious fines. Ithaka has done the due diligence, is a believer in the values of the organization, and believes a plan can be put in place to resolve the situation. Ithaka has taken you, the head corporate communicator for ATTRAM Bank into their confidence and has asked for your help to prepare a direct memo to someone senior. In your role as a communicator, you can offer Ithaka direction on what might happen should the info be leaked. Ithaka wants the memo to be firm, but supportive of the organization and wishes to keep their job. However, it is also important for Ithaka to go on internal record with observations, a solution, and an adherence to the rules. Using the most recent case studies, slides, and notes, you will need to make a one-page direct memo which will simulate an email. You can approach this from any direction as long as your POV is articulated with clarity.
